Buffalo Chick DIP
The one and only dip for wing lovers!
Prep time: 15-25 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
What you'll need... (double batch)
2 cups of blue cheese crumbles
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Wing sauce
1 cup of Blue Cheese dressing
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
3 chicken breasts
Start by poaching the 3 chicken breasts
Once poached, pull chicken apart into shreds that are easily scooped.
Place shredded chicken in a bowl
In a seperate bowl mix the cream cheese, Franks sauce, and blue cheese dressing. Mix the best you can and then mix with mixer or kitchen aide
Once mixed add chicken
Now fold in the first package of blue cheese crumbles
Now spread I to 2 tins
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and them top with the second package of blue cheese crumbles
Preheat oven to 400 and cook until cheese has melted and dip is bubbling
Serve with celery sticks and chips or crackers. I prefer tostito's scoops!
ENJOY THE WORK OF THE DEVIL!

I thought of a variant. Cut out the mozzarella cheese, stuff the mix in Jalapenos and wrap with bacon.
Gonna try it today I think and post pics if I do.

Girlfriend made something similar. Basically take that recipe, roll it into a ball, roll in crunched up corn flakes and bake at 350 for ~22 minutes. Fucking delicious
