HELP! Throwing code U1417
U1417-Implausible Left Wheel Distance Received. I try to hit skinny pedal and has no balls and the anti skip light comes on. What the hell is this??? How do I fix this? Just about got t-boned turning left at stop sign and wouldn't move.

Probably a Bad wheel speed sensor.
Most likely tore the wire going to it.
New one is about $25 I think. 1 bolt and a plug to replace.
Mine was a bad unit bearing had melted the sensor, new UB comes with a sensor tho.
Computer gets confused because 1 wheel gives it a way different reading than the rest and it freaks out trying to fix the skid it thinks is happening.
Quick temp fix for the pre 11s is to pull the j6 fuse and disable anti locks and traction control.
Just have to remember you're doing all the driving. No computer 'helper'.
Don't know about the newer models.can I get my meds in a Princess Leia Pez dispenser please?

Thanks venom. I'm pulling fuse now! Is the sensor on front or the rear?

17.21 on Amazon. Updated, wire is longer than the 07-10 sensor which is also a plus. I replaced both of mine a couple weeks ago.
