Front is getting slaved in Friday morning. I'll see if the steering and track bar will line up and decide where to go from there. IF everything goes well she'll be staying in there. I'm not counting on it though. Pics to follow.

Got the front slaved in. The JK steering and JK RK track bar look like they will fit fine. I need to ream out the pitman arm for the JK TRE.

I need longer upper control arms or shorten the front d-shaft. Other than those couple of things, it looked good. I'll post some pics.

Good news, turning out to be easier than I expected.

I'm hoping it is going to end up being fairly easy. lol. It's rough on me not having a 3rd vehicle. I can't leave the front slaved under for long while I figure out what do do next. It's a slow process at best.

Slaved it in and it looked pretty good. I'm waiting on the sleeve for the drag link mount. I will also need to ream my pitman for the JK TRE.

Pics with RK track bar and stock JK steering.

What's your thoughts on drilling out the pitman arm and using a teraflex sleeve vs buying/finding a reamer tool and doing it that way?

I think the reamer is a much better way to go. Pitman arms are a bitch to drill out but it is possible.

Reamers are like $100 online. Maybe my local machine shop will have the one I need and will be reasonable on doing it for me.

What do you think about the drag link and TB in my pics?

I still have my stock pitman arm also. That might work with the drag link flip.

I'm still waiting on Poly to send me the sleeve for the knuckle. They said it should ship 21 Oct. Once I get that I can slave the front end back in and see how the track bar and steering will work.

I'm thinking of using a heim at the pitman arm or even a TJ TRE or a TRE that has the right shank diameter to fit the adjuster and also the correct taper for the TJ pitman arm.
