    Tail lights always on

Need a little electrical help from the Asylum.

Problem is this: tail lights and third brake light randomly stay on as if my foot is on the brake. It happens randomly, more often than not, and doesn't depend on headlights being on or anything. It only happens when the Jeep is on and running.

Anyone run into this before? I have the ORO third brake light wired into the tail lights but it's never given me trouble before.

    Appreciate the help.

I have never looked but does it have a traditional style brake switch on the pedal or is it just a sensor? Either way it could be worn out. Just a wild guess, that's how it always goes on my older cars.

I was going to say the EXACT same thing. I replaced one on that F100 last July.
