    Rokmen HiLine Fenders

There were some posts in the shoot the shit forum about this install, but I'll post start to finish pictures here...

Drove up to Dr. Dirty's shop early to get the party started

Rip off the old fenders & mock up the new ones

    Start welding..

Bend down the flare that comes as one piece

Little finish welding on the floor

    Little Grinding

Time to get rid of the unnecessary hood..

Making a little more room near the front of the hood

Yea, that coozie is bad ass, I had to test it out of course..

    Last fitment

Had to modify the PSC rockers to fit with new fenders

Strapped the hood down and drove back to southern So-Cal

Paint on the fenders and rockers

    Missing something?

Very nicely done. Man, that was a butt load of welding. Turned out great tho.

Thanks guys, and thanks to Dr. Dirty for doing all the shit we couldn't! I've always liked these fenders, and I was happy to see how the install went. The owner is plenty happy as well, there was more than enough room for those 33's. There's a 2.5" lift and a 1.25" body lift on this TJ, we're going to test fit my 37's to see how much bump stop we'd have to add in the front. I think it will be pretty minimal.

Ask and you shall receive! This was our camping trip last weekend, we only ran the Sidwinder trail both directions, had a good time. This was before the paint of course. We did all that when we got back on Sunday Afternoon.

It wasn't all that bad actually! We were able to pull off the inner and outer fender as one piece. We put them back in two pieces, but it was much quicker than we expected. Everything's mounted up well and looks pretty clean inside. I'll try and get a pic of it tomorrow.

Hahaha, he's not shooting shit at me, that's going at my buddy Brian, not so much a dick move in this case  Now, it could be considered a dick move to finish weld some pieces, stand the fender up and tell me to hold it on end for him. Not that it happened or anything, and especially not shortly after I was bragging about being the only person not getting burned from welding heat...
