    DIY Roof Rack ( NO WIELDING)

    3/4" emt 5ft sections x10-12 (depends on how many you want for middle support)
    same type 90 degree elbows x 8
    self- tapping lathing screws
    2 screw connectors x 16
    6" plates
    4-8 u bolts

    primer and spray paint of your choosing

    Because i didnt have stock roof rack support i drilled through the rail and attached with U bolts

    I need to add some support in the middle cuz i only did the two. But i have a full sized 33 on rim and rarely hear it tap the roof. Usually only when i go too fast over some bumps

    And the best part only cost me about 120$ and thats because i had to buy saw

    Very nice rack. I have the KL Trailhawk which comes with rails installed but crossbars are kind of low on this shorter version. Looking around.

    My TH is also Mango Tango colored or lava as I prefer.


    What shall we have? An '82 Margaux! Is it any good? Good....?, It will make you believe in God!
